Soccer Nights Youth Corps

We are excited to offer our 2nd year of Soccer Nights Youth Corps, coming this spring on Sunday afternoons! Soccer Nights Youth Corps is a weekly, Sunday afternoon program focusing on soccer, leadership, service, and fun! Participants are chosen based on applications and a small cohort of participants grades 5-8 will be chosen. Soccer Nights Youth Corps will include service projects, group outings, leadership training, coaching training and experience, and of course, soccer games! Participants will build community together and work to plan and execute the 2nd Annual Soccer Nights Family Scrimmage Day, a community event open to all, which will be held May 11th at Russell Field, from 2:00pm-5:00pm. |

Program Details
Who is eligible? children grades 4-8 who live in North Cambridge may apply for Youth Corps.
Where: program will begin and end each week in the community room, 364 Rindge Ave in North Cambridge. Each week may include outings to Russell Field and other locations.
When: Sunday afternoons, 3:00-5:30pm, beginning March 2 and running until May 18.
Does it cost? Soccer Nights Youth Corps is $10 per participant. Scholarships available upon inquiry.

Who sponsors Soccer Nights Youth Corps? SNYC is a spin-off program from Soccer Nights, a free evening summer soccer clinic for kids ages 6-12 that seeks to promote athletic skill, leadership development, and citywide unity in neighborhoods throughout Greater Boston. Both SNYC and Soccer Nights (North Cambridge site) are run by Vineyard Community Offerings at the Greater Boston Vineyard.
