Soccer Nights All Sites Leadership Team Overview

The Soccer Nights All Sites Leadership Team  will be comprised of VCO staff, as well as volunteers from across Soccer Nights sites.  The Leadership Team will hold the following responsibilities:

• Program Content: Develop a flexible 5-day curriculum (Soccer and Leadership Development) to be adapted at each site
• Soccer Support: Provide support to training Coaching Directors
• Equipment: Store equipment year-round, manage pick-up times, oversee upkeep
• Grants: Apply for a handful of grants each year to help off-set some of the cost
• Marketing: Develop t-shirt design and logo, manage website, assist with documents as necessary
• Reporting: Analyze data, create yearly report, track Soccer Nights growth
• Communication: Communicate info to sit
